I've dined at several of the restaurants the Cliffs Resort has had over the years & Marisol is their best! The new chef's menu is unique California Latin fusion. I had dinner there recently with a group from overseas who raved how wonderful & affordable the food was. I had the scallops paella style & was pleasantly surprise how all the ingredients blended together, so well in fact that I ate all the peas & I hate peas. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm & inviting with it's views of the ocean & cozy fireplace. I also highly recommend the Sunday Brunch when they offer an enormous variety of breakfast & lunch items with everything from a cooked to order omelette & waffle station to sushi and optional champagne. Marisol is a great restaurant for any time of day, any occasion from casual to elegant and with any group of people from just yourself to a large group.

This is a wonderful restaurant with a great view of the ocean below. Wonderful crabcakes and scallops. Was with a group, several of whom had the steak and loved it. Try the creme brulee dessert ! (One of my weaknesses.)
